Embedded Control Systems & Test Engineer
Location: Bishkek
Employment Type: Part-time, Approximately 20–25 hours per week
Internship → Part-Time Engineer pathway available
About the Role
We are seeking an analytical and proactive Embedded Control Systems & Test Engineer to lead and support the development, testing, optimization of embedded electronic systems, and technical initiatives. The role combines firmware development, hardware validation, control systems, integration of electronic subsystems, and technical leadership.
The successful candidate will work with engineers to bring prototypes from concept through testing, improving reliability, performance, and manufacturability. This position provides hands-on experience across embedded software, electronics, and real-world product development. An ideal candidate is curious and hands-on with electronics and embedded systems, comfortable learning independently, solving technical problems, able to work effectively in a small engineering team, and interested in developing practical technologies with real-world applications.
Candidates who do not yet meet all requirements but demonstrate strong fundamentals and motivation may begin through an internship pathway, developing skills and transitioning into a part-time engineering role as experience grows.
